During high school, I was inspired by an exceptional Latin teacher who sparked my lifelong love of learning and classical studies. Years later, I fulfilled a personal dream by stepping into her role and teaching Latin in the very same classroom. For five years, I designed engaging learning experiences that fostered curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep appreciation for the ancient world.
As my interests evolved, so did my career. I made the bold decision to transition out of education and into the world of eLearning and digital learning design. Since then, I’ve worked across a range of instructional design roles, including as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer at a Zurich-based learning agency. There, I designed bespoke digital training solutions for high-profile clients including Chanel, Guess, Longines, Formula E, and Norton—while managing end-to-end content development and ensuring timely delivery across a diverse range of client portfolios.
Currently, I’m a Digital Learning Designer at Roche in Switzerland, where I design product trainings for both internal teams and external customers around the world. In this role, I’ve further developed my instructional design skills while gaining hands-on experience in creating compliance-ready content, localizing training for global audiences, and working within strict brand guidelines to deliver impactful and scalable learning solutions.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, skiing, and traveling as much as possible.
Build Confidence: I strive to design eLearning experiences that not only inspire learners to acquire new skills but also equip them to apply those skills confidently and effectively in their daily lives.
Build Knowledge: To ensure the effectiveness of the eLearning experiences I design, I prioritize gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's objectives and thoroughly assessing the target audience's needs, motivations, and potential challenges.
Build Relationships: I recognize the value of fostering strong and positive relationships with all stakeholders involved in the eLearning experience, as this enables effective collaboration, promotes clear communication, and ultimately drives the success of the program.
